Isha's Creations : Promoting Handicrafts

India has a rich heritage and tradition of arts and crafts and the diversified  culture has spawned a variety of art styles with  distinctive identities found in different regions of India.

In India there are many handicraft workers whose sole means of livelihood is the earnings they get by sale of their creations.

I have started this website in the hope of promoting Indian handicrafts and arts and thus supporting, in a way, these handicraft workers of India. I welcome you to buy through me and indirectly contribute to the well being  of these artisans.

Though there is a wide variety of handicrafts available I am focussing on swings (jhoolas), sankheda furniture and carvings in stone and wood delivered to your doorstep. Individual orders and inquiries from trade are welcome.  I  deliver quality products at affordable prices.

"Everything animate or inanimate that is within the universe is controlled and owned by the Lord. One should therefore accept only those things necessary for himself, which are set aside as his quota, and one should not accept other things, knowing well to whom they belong."  quoted from Ishopanishad (Isha Upanishad)

Isha's Creations is a woman owned firm!
